Did you notice the beautiful new flower pots? Thank you to Susan Sage and Cyndi Venberg who were able to use donations to buy them and plant them with beautiful flowers!! Again this summer we are Looking for some people to water the flower pots at church. We are hoping to have someone come to church on Monday and Thursday, Pull the hose out of the brown hose holder to the length needed to reach the front door pots. Then use the faucet key, found in the hose box to turn on water and water generously. Also condition the pot by taking off dead leaves. Then roll up the hose, put the key back in it's spot and you are done. The pots are under the roof so they will still need watering but if it's raining on your day just come the day after. Good Shepherd will be volunteering at Maytag Duluth 820 E 4th Street every 4th Tuesday of the month. We are establishing new connections to serve different populations of our city with a reliable business facility.

Cantor Parker’s teaching studio is open to children and adults of the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd and the wider community, with a focus on disability and neurodivergence. Lessons use music as a steady structure for growth, meeting each student where they are. To learn more, share a referral, or support this work, speak with Cantor Parker after church or email
